Abby’s Banana Sushi Rolls

Equipment Needed

Butter knife

Ingredients

1 medium banana

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 tablespoon hazelnut spread

1 whole wheat flour tortilla

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Spread peanut butter onto center of tortilla

2. Add hazelnut atop

3. Follow with banana to center of tortilla

4. Roll tortilla tightly

5. Slice into rolls

6. Place in airtight container

7. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature!

(To avoid bananas browning; drizzle lemon juice over sushi slices before packing)
